Brendan has over 15 years of experience in the corporate market and has experience in employer sponsored and skilled visa categories. Furthermore he has lived as an expatriat in Dubai and Australia which means he can relate personally to the immigration process that new migrants have to go through.

Brendan holds a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice, attained at Victoria University.

Continuing Professional Development

It is a requirement in the profession to stay abreast of immigration law changes and policy. Each year, Migration advice professionals must renew their practicing licenses with the MARA in order to provide immigration assistance. One of the requirements is that Migration professionals must complete 10 CPD points (approximately 15 hours) of education. Bondi Migration`s dedication to staying abreast of developments in Australian Immigration Law & Practice can be seen in its completion of over 50 points of CPD activities over the past registration period (2007/2008).

Membership of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA)
